I Need to Touch Grass
The Brief
This project was a personal pursuit of typographic play and exploration of more practical, hands on approaches to texture and treatment.

The Opportunity
I designed the composition digitally, and printed the composition on a transparency, which I placed onto cyanotype paper. Once my cyanotype, or “sun print” process was complete, I pulled it back into photoshop to play with color. All of the texture and imperfections were a direct result of the cyanotype process, which broke up the starkness of the original vector art/type.
